Thinking, visualisation, affirmations I had also embraced NLP and Psychology, self-help and personal development. On my journey to this point I had immersed myself in the study of I was serious and sincere in my intentions to discover and master the underlying truth of it all, but I did not fully realise what I was getting into when I took the red pill. Put very simply, I describe this as a shift from head to heart.Ībout 10 years before seeing the film, I had set out on a personal journey of discovery into "the meaning of life, the universe and everything".
